I have been concentrating on the Tax/Accounting needs of Small Businesses and Individuals for the past 19+ years, including Write-ups, Sales and Payroll tax returns, Business and Individual tax returns, Tax Planning, Representation before Tax Authorities, and a unique expertise of advising the United Nations ‘community’ on the various intricacies of the U.S. Tax System, as it relates to the U.N.
Some of the issues covered include, but not limited to Type of Entity to choose; Employee vs. Sub-Contractor; Payroll (What is appropriate?); Sales tax (What is taxable?); Buying vs. Leasing; Retirement Plans; Getting money out of the business; Health Savings accounts, etc.

I provide the business owner a summary of the work to be performed throughout the year, and what the fee(s) will be, so that they know, ‘up front’, what to expect from me. In many cases, I can save my clients more that they pay me with proper tax/accounting advice.
